hey everyone, new brewer from northside of chicago...swmbo bought me a starter kit for christmas

one extract kit, and i was on to partials...one partial later, and i'm coming up with recipes

one bad batch, and i'm trying to convine the wife to move to a bigger place so i can build some ferm control haha

already convinced her to let me buy a 2-tap kegorator, and have already made a wort chiller (based on this site!)

anyways, love the site, look forward to questioning and answering

My fourth batch ended up with some off flavors due to temp control. Now that we are hitting 80's here in NC, I have been using a water bath adding frozen water bottles as needed. Good luck
