anyone in england brewing outside today? here in blighty we occasionally get enough snow to slow down all the public transport services and cause widespread chaos and panic. thats about 1" btw. anyhoo, ill be outside soon, seize the day! snow day ipa to be served in 6-8weeks! cant wait to use the amarillo, citra and centennial i have been saving for a special brew day.
cheers all.

I brewed a bitter this past Monday when it snowed. Just kegged a stout now that it's snowing again. I do all my brewing inside though. No sense in being uncomfortable.

This unseasonal cold weather makes it easy to control my fermentation temps though!

ended up being a lovely brew day. had a friend help me and we enjoyed some hot scotchie during the sparge!

ha, i meant snowed much more. not brewed. i'm glad you had a lovely brew. i could go for a scotchie.
