Here in Central New York, it's not only my kids that are hoping for a snow day tomorrow. I've got about 30# of Maris Otter on hand & approximately 20# of two row. In the freezer, I've got 1# of Amarillo , 1# of Cascade & 1# of Centennial. Also, I've got an ounce of Willamette, an ounce of Northern Brewer and a half ounce of Magnum. For yeast, I've got Cal Ale and ESB yeast on hand.

***Disclaimer, I am not looking to brew an IPA. ****

Opition #1 a 10 gallon batch using a different yeast in each fermenter.

Option #2 a 10 gallon batch using 2 different hop bills, using the same yeast.

I don't have any adjuncts on hand, besides sugar. If tomorrow is a snow day & I'm home with the kids, I will not be driving to the LHBS. Any ideas are welcome.

Maris otter. 153F mash. 1.052-1.054 ish OG. 15 to 17 IBU's of Amarillo at 60 mins. No late addition. Cal Ale yeast and run it in the low 60's. At 80% attenuation, get it up to 67 ish for a few days. Clean, crispy and refreshing but with some malt backbone.
