Just wanted to drop a line to thank all of you who dont even know how much you helped this newbie. I built a new single vessel, no chill, BIAB electric brew rig with the help of the many wizards here. First brewday went very smoothly with few surprises and no catastrophes. Thanks again for sharing what you've learned as it made my return to brewing much easier.
