Tasting Notes
This is the first beer I\\'ve made that I wouldn\\'t change if I rebrewed
This beer was brewed as a test of Pearl and English crystal malts. All English grain and English yeast with all American hops made for an excellent brew!


14 lbs Pearl
8 oz Simpsons Medium Crystal
4 oz Simpsons Crystal Light
4 oz Simpsons Dark Crystal

mash @ 152

1.5 oz Columbus @ 60
1 oz each Columbus and Simcoe @ 15
1 oz each Columbus and Simcoe @ 5
1.5 oz Amarillo at KO (chill immediately)

2 oz Simcoe, 1.5 oz Amarillo, 1 oz Columbus for 9 day DH

This all came together as an excellent combination. Sweet but bitter, with a rich, dank, hoppyness. Prost!
