I don't think I will have any kegerator space by the time my next batch is ready to be force carbed (set it and forget it method). So I was thinking of using priming sugar to carbonate and condition in the closet. I'm a little worried that I would screw up the priming and under carb or over carb it. My question is, if later when I put it on the gas (in the fridge) will I still be able to adjust my carb level (lower or higher) with the co2?
