I'm aware of methods called Slanting and Washing for storing yeast for later use.
I simply poured the remains from my fermentation bucket into a pint mason jar and put in the fridge.
Is this an acceptable way to store my yeast for cider?
How long will it stay viable like this?
How many uses can I expect to get out of stored yeast?
What would be the next level of yeast storage?

I have saved yeast in Manny different ways. Saving the slurry from the bottom of a batch of cider should b fine as long as u follow sanitary practices.
