I was hoping sombody could take a look at my grain bill and tell me if its gonna work out. Also the hop list then give suggestions of what hop schedule you would follow and why. oh, and is my yeast the correct kind?
And what would you add or subtract from the recipe? Thanks so much.

Cascade Hop Pellets 2 Oz.
Willamette Hop Pellets 2 oz.
Safale US-05 Ale Yeast
Priming Sugar 5 oz.

Looks good! I would add 1/2lb wheat to add some mouthfeel, hats just me, I try to add a little wheat to most of my ales

For the hops I would do:
FWH chinook
60 min 1oz williamette
30 minute 1 oz williamette
10/5/0 the citra and cascade(1/2 of each)
Dry hop with the cascade and citra for 7 days(1/2 of each amount)

Should be great with nice bitterness and great flavor/aroma!

Cheers!

Thank you so much for your time and wonderful input. hows the yeast?

The yeast is fine just remember to rehydrate it and watch your fermentation temperature, try to keep it at 65

I didn't see any wheat in his original grain bill, but that's correct, you don't need wheat. The grain bill looks good to me. Combined with duboman's hop schedule, I think you've got a winner.

Skip the wheat, an IPA doesn't need mouthfeel its about the hops. Otherwise it looks fine.

Have fun.

The wheat is not necessary, I agree, I just threw it out there because I like it in my beers:mug:
