I have 10 gallons (2 batches) that has been on yeast for over 4 months.

I got super busy after these got brewed, and I didnt get a chance to move to secondary.

Then I got scared. Then I got lazy.

Now I have the time and I need to either brew two new batches, or I need to keg these. Is it going to be drinkable? It's been in a dark cool room for all these months in the plastic fermenters with water locks.

Thanks.

I would not throw them out if that is what you are asking. Keg them and see what happens it could be no harm done. If it is bad I think you will know it when you taste the hydro sample.

It's probably fine. This is why I have a wine (beer) theif. Take a sample, put it in a glass and see how it is.
