Hey guys, mixed up my starter with wyeast (don't use liquid yeast much) and used what I now see is a more empiric formula for making a starter. I boiled 2 cups of water and added (a little more then) 1/2 cup of DME. I am making a rye IPA and my orig gravity ~1.070....if I am using Mr. Malty correctly I think I should have at least 1 liter of water...but I only have a 1 liter flask...anyone have any insight?
