You may want to try two row and wheat malt as your base grains with some mid range caramel malt, chocolate malt, and midnight wheat (a dark roasted wheat malt). Their website also mentions using vanilla and cocoa beans.

I have never had this beer, but regular shock top is more of an American Wheat than a hefe. It has a lot of citrus flavor and pretty clean ferementation, no banana or clove flavors. You may want to use a clean American ale yeast or Kolsch yeast. A German hefe strain could work as well if you want the German style wheat beer banana, clove, and bubblegum notes.
 
I would love it if someone had clone of this. Right now all I do is extract( just started brewing)
