Looking for feedback on this recipe. Kinda kitchen sink with grains I’ve got lying around. Wanted to use centennial but will probably won’t have it in time.

OG 1.062
IBU 54
SRM 13.5

10lb Pilsner
2lb 3oz rye malt
8oz C40
8oz C80
2oz Carafa Special II
.5oz magnum 60 min
1oz cascade 30 min, 20 min, 10 min, FO
001 slurry

Good start. My advice: Simplify. Ditch either the C40 or the C80, your choice. Use 1 whole ounce of Magnum at 60. Add all 4 oz Cascade (or any hop) in the last 5 minutes of the boil (i.e., hop burst). Then dry hop with another 2-3 oz of your Cascade or whatever hop after fermentation is about half done.
