Howdy ya'll,

The Woodlands, TX home brewer here. Brewed my first batch in the fall of 2015 and instantly became hooked! This weekend will be my fourth total batch and first All Grain (BIAB) recipe. I look forward to reading this breadth of knowledge and increasing my skill!

Doing a Blonde Ale 6B BIAB this Saturday. Pale Malt and Kent Golding Hops.

Currently have a Rye Ale (extract) which should be ready to drink next week. Added a half pound of ginger towards the end of the boil, so I am eager to see how that one turns out!
