I had my yeast stored in a fridge for about 2 months. Then the fridge died this summer and I had the yeast sitting in a jar on the floor of my basement from August to now. Is this usable you think? Or toss it?

If it is an easy yeast to find, dump it. If it is a hard to find yeast, make a starter and build it up again.

I had some yeast in the fridge that was a few months old.
Irma came through and took power away for a week.
Fridge was at 70*F 3 days in.
A week after power came back, made a starter and everything was fine.

I'd say make a small starter to see if it's well before you make a full starter.
Not a lot of time or money to find out.
