I recently brewed a split batch NEIPA with 3 different yeasts and dry hops. So far so good....
Two of the kegs went in the kegerator but because of a problem with the temperature probe the ended being frozen almost solid. Both kegs have thawed fine but the beer is pretty tasteless. The 3rd keg that wadnt in the kegerator is really good!
Any ideas of how to add some flavour to the frozen kegs? Would a third fermentation, adding some yeast and sugar to the kegs, work? Or more dry hopping? Has anyone had a similar problem before and fixed it?
