OK..so I brewed a batch of wheat beer and followed instructions on adding a 4oz bottle of cherry extract while siphoning beer into keg, Yes i was hoping for a cherry wheat! After conditioning and pouring my first beer I am not at all tasting much cherry.Beer has a great frothy head just so will it go flat if I pull pin, release pressure and add more flavoring and just put lid back on and re-hook up to tap?

No, you can remove the lid and add extract. It will lose pressure and a little carbonation, but you can always just hook it back up to co2 and it will re-carb. Just make sure you shut off your co2 before removing the lid and then release pressure.

I would advise against using more cherry extract though. 4oz is a lot for a wheat beer and it'll just end up tasting like cough syrup if you add more. I doubt you'll be happy with it. I'd suggest picking up some frozen cherries or fresh cherries, put them in a mesh bag, and drop them in the keg.
