Thanks for all the feedback, docs, and video. I will review all and I believe the issue was I wasn't as careful as I thought I was. I had the lid on an off several times that day and am guessing the last time I must not have properly seated the lid. MoreBeer never replied to my email, so that sucks. Today I pulled off 10G of lager from the unitank and had no issues at 5-6 PSI to push it out. One thing I did different, against my best judgement to some degree, was take a screwdriver and give it a few more turns after hand tight. I like Bobby's suggestion of using keg lube so next time I will give that a try as well as maybe an extra turn past hand tight to be safe. Also being brand new probably had something to do with the issue, needed some more break-in I bet. Cheers all and I will update if there are any more issues (please no!).

Lube and vibration will help that torque produce the clamping force that does the work.

Torque has always been and will always be a bad indicator of clamping force. Enough friction and binding in the joint will leave you nearly nothing left to actually push the parts together.
