Remove foil from Modelo Bottles ?

Any one re use Modelo ***** bottles and if so, any tips on getting that glued foil off?

Probably 3M scotch brite mild abrasive pad (green) from grocery store with prior hot water soak.

With non paper labels, vinyl or foil, I found that very hot tap water will soften the glue, letting me peel the label off. A razor scraper (carefully) will remove almost any label. A soak in hot oxyclean removes most glues.
If you keep collecting bottles, you can discard the stubborn ones.

I figured it out... I tossed em in the recycle bin. Life is too short for stubborn bottles and cheap beer.

Probably a good call to recycle, i had a hard time with my wing capper slipping off the small shoulder on those and tossed them as well.

I like these bottles for skeeter pee or mead. I do a soak in oxyclean to clean them which also makes the foil and labels fall right off. Overnight works best and I use hot water.
