Recommendations for Brown Ale PM Recipe

I am trying to make a decent Brown Ale w/ the ingredients I have on hand.

I put this together, is there any tweaks you'd make to this Partial Mash recipe?

I also have a packet of Safale T-58 on hand, if that would be a better Yeast.

It looks like the recipe also calls for a partial boil (3 gallon). If so, are you planning to do a late addition with the DME?

Yes, adding DME after it starts boiling, then once it starts boiling again, I'll add the hops and start the 60 minute boil.

Take a look what is called (2017) the 'Palmer Brewing Method' (How To Brew, 4th edition). Late Extract Additions are a common technique for adding DME/LME at the end of the boil when doing a partial boil. The idea is to use half the water and half the DME/LME at the start boil, then add the remaining water and remaining DME/LME at the end of the boil.
