Recipe Question

I'm steeping my grains right now and just realized I hadn't calculated how much LME I needed.

The all-grain recipe I'm converting calls for 14.5 lbs of Pale 2 Row malt, assuming 75% efficiency. Can someone please help me out and do the calculation to tell me how much light LME I need to replace it with?
