Real confused, trying to find a somewhat simple recipe...

I am switching to all grain brewing for my next batch, and I don't want to use a kit, and I found this great website who has local malt ingredients.. Could someone help me pick out a recipe to brew? I have only done kits before, and im not sure what kind of brew I can make from the ingredients that this website has

I really want to buy from them. So what could I make using their local malt and such? What else would I need?

Something like 8# 2-row pale and 1# Rye. Maybe some citra hops to go along with the rye flavor.
