Re-introduction

Hello all.

I used to have an account here, but unfortunately the email address linked to it ceased being viable in the... *checks notes*...decade or so since I last did any brewing. Ouch. I guess it's been longer than I thought.

Anyway, I'm in a place where I can now dabble again, so I'm back to learn and hopefully make something tolerable this time!
