Not so much of a new member as a prodigal son, returning. I’ve been homebrewing on and off since 1999, and originally joined this community in the early 2000’s. I brewed for my wedding in 2006 and then largely stopped brewing. Fast forward a few addresses, e-mail addresses and years until I started brewing again more regularly in 2022. Recently, I remembered the wealth of knowledge in this forum and tried to log in, but I couldn’t remember my password and the email address linked with my original account was at least a decade gone, so here I am again, older and wiser…
So, I’m grateful to be back, in a position where I can now support this forum a little, and grow in my brewing and share what little expertise I have… I’m currently an all-grain brewer using 2-stage glass fermentation followed by (mostly) kegging and dispensing in my homemade kegerator.
