Whoa! I was just putting a couple cases of my Christmas RIS in the ageing rack, and way in the back corner found a whole case of tripel bombers. Looking at my brew notes, I last tasted this on July 10th, and wrote down that it needed to age a wee bit more. I'm pretty snookered right now, so I'll wait til tomorrow for another taste test.
