PEARPAWSTEROUS

Mark your calendar! On Friday, March 25, we will be releasing Pearpawsterous, a collaboration blend built in partnership with our friends at Upland Brewing in Indiana. This limited project features regional ingredients sourced from each brewery’s home state – Oregon-grown pears and Indiana-grown paw paws – layered over a base of sour wheat ales aged for up to 12 months in oak barrels. For those of you unfamiliar with the paw paw fruit they have a sweet, custard-like flavor somewhat similar to banana, mango, and cantaloupe. This will be a very limited offering, but is being made available to our distributors, and will be available in both of our pubs while it lasts!

Did anyone actually want this? My teeth are melting just reading the description.

I'll admit I used to hate on Upland but their recent stuff has been solid. I really enjoyed the pineapple/chamomile sour they put out. I haven't had Cascade in years though.

FWIW the only beer shirt I consistently wear are Live Oak Brewing shirts. They're actually really nice, fit well, and come in a lot of colors (and aren't too expensive).

I wear a blue goose island shirt on occasion. But only because the blue matches a lot of my shirts and it's only user as an undershirt.

I sleep in t-shirts, but rarely go out in public in them.

I have a shirt from The Commons that I love, along with a couple Crux shirts, a Reubens shirt, a Jester King shirt, a Holy Mountain shirt and a Fremont shirt. They're all simple designs, nothing gaudy.

I also have awesome flannel shirts from Fremont and Crux. [shrug]

I like Off Color’a tshirts for both comfort and humor. May also be the only brewery whose apprel lines up with how much I wear it vs how much I drink the product. I.e. I love my Wig Splitter shirt from Three Floyds, bur I can count on one hand the number of times I have had the beer. And I wear Hanson shirts a lot on the weekend.

So there's some stupid contest for best new brewery, but my friends brewery is in it so like a good friend I decide to help out.

I think these other guys are cheating, it took me roughly 4000 votes to move them up one rank. I can't imagine that many people give a **** about some bs poll.

This post is tremendous.

You voted 4,000 times and you're worried about someone else cheating?
