The previous batch was nowhere near as maple forward as MD or GM.Can anyone give some insight on how the new CBS is and how it matches up to previous batches or beers like Michigan Maple Jesus, Morning Delight, or Good Morning?

$100 for two seems a lot easier than murder.I would probably murder a 2016'er for a CBS snifter.

Not even sure if it's around bmore locally yet. Gonna make one stop to see if they have bottles. If not, whatever. No ***** given.
How much are these CBS bottles going for locally anyways (Up in MI i mean). Don't want to get ripped off.
As tehzachatak said, MSRP is supposed to be $25. Most stores in Grand Rapids are selling it for between $25 and $28. A few stores in the UP seem to have it for as low as $23.49. Most I've heard it selling for around here is $34.99. (Note: I've avoided retail, so I'm going off of Facebook posts in the local beer group.)
We saw CBS as low as $19.50 a bottle in S. Indiana. Seems to be quite a bit around this time. Here in my small town in VA I think we got 5-6 cases, they were doing 1 per person at 27$ a bottle. That's not bad considering they are charging 15$ a bottle for BCBS
I don't think I've had it since 2011, and I've tried Good Morning, MD, and Double Stack in the meantime. Might have to crack one tonight to see how old money pastry tastes to my new money palate.I have no idea what actual batches I've had of CBS, but I had it on tap the last three years and I thought it was very mapley every time. If the bottles are even approaching that ballpark I'll be pretty happy to buy a couple. Two years later, those left a bigger impression on me than Good Morning.
Local Modist Brewing released a hazebro IPA today called Dilly Dilly and some Bud reps went over there and did this:
Beer is just memes inside of memes and weird **** all the time now.
Without dilly dally.Eject dilly dilly into the ******* sun.
Like, non-ABInBev brewers using it might be worse than the ad campaign.Without dilly dally.
Plus I just picked up Tilquin Mure from one of your local stores.Who needs stouts when your local shop just got shipments of 3F and Tomes

That place in West Seattle?Tons in Seattle. Didn’t buy a bottle but had a pour at a random ass convenience store that sells beer. It was pretty good.

I love Super Deli.Nope, not Super Deli Mart. A1 Hop Shop in Greenwood. Way more random ass than Super Deli. Glass pipes at the counter and people buying Four Loko cases. Plus bottles of Holy Mountain and Fremont barrel aged goodies.
Super Deli has killer sandwiches, btw.

We are swimming in CBS in Portland.
