Me when one of my local friends starts talking about any IPA, cloudy or not:

Some new hype whale. I'm not too sure, I thought it was a type of Japanese porn when I first heard of it.

There are apparently two versions. One is Maple Syrup Cali Brandy barrel aged Big Poppa made with Kopi Luwak Coffee, coconut and vanilla and the other is the same but not barrel aged.

why.

don't forget that he said that one was white label and one was black label, but then after the fest the white label was on the bottles that were supposed to have the black label, causing confusing about what was actually in the bottles, as per usual wakefield fashion. oh and i've also seen a bottle with both a white and black label on it, cause why the **** not

Maybe that ensures it'll never get opened? Does the value double if no one knows what it is?

I'm sure absolutely no one cares but just to clear it up a bit, based on what I understand:

Bake Kujira: both black label and white label 750ml bottles are maple syrup Cali brandy Big Poppa (imperial stout with a bunch of adjuncts).

Bake Kujira magnums: white labels, but apparently these are a blend of the "other" Bake Kujia and All A Dream (bourbon Big Poppa) and Notorious (apple brandy Big Poppa). So basically, a blend of 3 different barrel-aged stouts with a bunch of **** added to them after barrel-aging.

Why different beers with the same label, and the same beer with 2 different labels? Because Wakefield I guess.

Luther Special: this was draft-only, and is a blend of all 3 barrel-aged stouts but -without- any adjuncts (you can see why this **** started to get confusing).

ziplock bag: hopefully a troll post, but there's at least a 50/50 chance not.

There's a Poe's Law-type principle for beer, where any parody of shitlord behavior is indistinguishable from actual shitlord behavior. I've made joke posts (that got bit on hard) about hand-bottling pours in the bathroom at Westbrook and then trading them, but then you've got people doing that **** for real so the joke gets lost quickly.

Wonder how much vomit they end up having to clean out of these rooms?

WTF

Not only will this perk offer you the world's first fully immersive craft beer experience at a brewery, featuring spa treatments inspired by our favorite beverage, but you can also fully 'immerse' yourself in craft beer - literally - by taking a dunk in a Punk IPA-filled Hot Tub, built using oak barrels previously used to age beer!

This is really cool though, went to a place in the Czech Republic that does it (and super cheap).
