So a quarter would've avoid this whole issue?Parked at a meter without feeding it because I was making a very quick stop at the liquor store
Came out 3 minutes later to a ******* ticket.
that's a ******* lie. everyone knows wakefield bottles are just a myth.Showed up at Wakefield just before noon and still got bottles, after chilling in the taproom for an hour drinking the beers that were being sold
Nearly all of the beers were kegged in March & April & they are highly regarded beers from iconic US breweries, which have not been tapped in Aus before. Don't miss your chance, who knows when & if you'll get to try them again!

A bar here is doing a "grey market" American beer event with no indication on how the beers were acquired and stored before they made it to Australia... but "nearly all" of them were kegged in March/April!
Can't believe you fuckers are getting ultra fresh Firestone Walker IPAs.
Have started doing this a lot. I have way too much beer to drink something I'm not enjoying. I have drain poured a number of beers recently that while not specifically bad for any reason just aren't actually good and aren't worth the alcohol/calories/time. Move on to the next one.Do you ever open a beer and its ****, so then you catch a glimpse of some better beers that you've been "cellaring" and think to yourself; what's the point?
I just opened a 3 year old pumpkin ale that I found on a shelf a couple months ago for $2. I bought it cause $2 bomber and then when I got home I noticed it was a pumpkin ale and I guess today was the day.
Behold Aussie pricing... a pot is 10oz.

On the other hand, I live in the US and can't get Firestone Walker or Lost Abbey without trading for it. And until very recently, the same was true of Alesmith (just landed here on Friday) and Boulevard (a couple of months ago).

He's talking about the beer received in Austtalia. Seven weeks isn't very fresh...I assume you're over in Detroit then, because in West MI, we haven't received any .394.
No, I meant Detroit. 7 weeks. He's talking about the beer received in Austtalia. Seven weeks isn't very fresh...

Watching people lose their **** over Black Note all afternoon has been fun. It's a distributed ass beer. Coming to a place that sells a lot pf Oberon and Two Hearted near you.

Still good, but c'mon.
Well, for the first time since Alesmith hit West MI on Friday, I made it to a bottle shop. The IPA was bottle dated 5/10. So I guess I'll be limiting my Alesmith consumption to stouts or barleywines we see on tap.
This is the best one.when people are getting super into the tasting notes but you're just tryina catch a buzz

So now.when we going to get those Quinine Falls cans? in time for the Olympics hopefully as it would be great to have a vaccine built right in while i get drunk.
