Why do people call in to answer a question but then don't answer? Taking a guess would be a million times better than no answer, at least it could be ruled out for when the question is asked again the next day.

The problem is the same question is asked every day until answered, then they move onto the next one. They are up to Question 4 and day 83 now.
Because people are idiots.
