Racked 10 gallons Mead

Hi all

This morning I racked 5 gallons of Blackberry Melemel and 5 gallons Rasberry Melemel. This will be the 3 time I have racked this mead in the last 10 months. I will bottle it in about 2 more months.

Blackberry sounds awesome .... we have blackberries growing on the barbed wire fence that separates our subdivision from the 300 acre farm behind us - gonna have to try that next year (just got back into beer/meadmaking after a decade and a half).
