So I've got christmas ale fermenting and was going to add 1 32oz bottle of R.W. Knudsen Just Tart cherry juice as fermentation slows down. Does anyone have experience with these juices? Its going into a Scottish ale base that's a bit stronger, og 1.068. Will 1 bottle give enough cherry flavor?
Also what effect on the abv can I expect from using a bottle or how could I figure this out?
