Brewing an IPA. I'm a fan of west coast ipa's. Dank, like a wet gym sock.

I am making 3 gallons of beer (don't ask) all grain.

Here's what I have on hand:

2oz Amarillo
2oz Chinoon
2oz Cascade
1oz Citra

Any suggestion on hop schedule? I will be hitting the boil in about 2 hours.....

Thanks! :ban:

.75 oz Chinook @ 60
.5 Amarillo .5 Cascade .25 Citra @ 10
.5 Amarillo .5 Cascade .25 Citra @ 5
.5 Amarillo .5 Cascade .25 Citra @ FO
.5 Amarillo .5 Cascade .25 Citra Dry Hop

Thats what I would do anyways haha.

I like the above but would pull the 0.5 oz of Amarillo from the 10 min addition and add it to dry hop instead. Pull the first citra and add to FO addition.

You don't have any "dank, like a gym sock" hops there. But I love that combination of hops, and if you bitter with chinook and then use an ounce of hops at 15/10/5/0 (any of them, in any combination- they are all good!), it will be great. You'll need some hops for dryhopping as well.

You all rock!

I will let you know how it turns out....fly sparge is dripping as I type. Just measured out all the hops. Flippin' excited! :rockin:

The hops are great but no dank! Chinook to bitter and any combo after that. I would go Amarillo and cascade at FO and Amarillo Cascade and Citra dry hop

Poured the first glass last night. I'm going to give it another week before I dive in, but it was really good. Had a very fruity hop aroma, very similar to that of Mosaic hops (which there are none in this beer).

Thanks again for all the help.
