Question regarding True® worktop refrigerators

I came acroos one of these...

...and was wondering if anyone had experiences with or opinions on turning this into a 3 or 4 tap kegerator.

It would be fairly easy since there are no cooling coils integrated within the sides or top, it is self contained. If you aleady purchased it and it works, go for it. If you are looking at it from restraunt auction, unless specified that it is truly working, it may not actually work.
