I made a starter a week ago and fermented 2 cups DME after the AMerican ale smak pak swelled at room temp for 3 hours on stir plate. I couldn't brew due to weather and other obligations so I put the starter in the fridge for a week with a stopper and ferm lock. Took the starter out today and it doesn't look like there is much slurry at the bottom. See the pic:

The beer has 16.5 lbs of grain.. Does that look healthy enough to pitch or should I get another pack? Add more DME? My mash is going now so timing is a constraint.

Thanks in advance for any help!
