Here is my problem, I have an apa in my secondary dry hopping, its coming up on two weeks in there, but my kegerator conversion is not complete yet. I'm afraid to dry hop any longer, can I put the beer in the keg, stick it in the closet, and worry about carbing it when I'm done with the fridge? or just pull out the hop bag and leave beer in the secondary? or just leave everything the way it is and finish the kegerator (probably about another week).

Thanks

You could just put it in the keg, purge with CO2, pressurize up to 30 psi and let it sit. Or you could also just add some priming sugar to the keg and let it carbonate naturally while you finish the kegerator.

But, either way, there should be no detrimental effect from leaving it sitting in the keg for an extended period of time, as long as the oxygen is purged from the head space.

A keg is a perfect place for conditioning. Or pull the bag. Whatever makes more sense for you. By racking to the keg you can get the beer off whatever sediment remains, if that's important to you. I dry hop in the keg routinely, and use bags for the hops. I don't know what your secondary vessel is but SS would be preferable to plastic for longer storage.

My secondary is a 5 gal glass carboy.

So do you need the 30 psi to close the keg or is this to start carbonating while its sitting?

Corny kegs often don't seal well when you just close them, the usually need some pressure to seat the lid, kind of like setting the bead on a tire. Some do fine and others take more PSI for encouragement. The glass would be fine with the exception of UV light.
