I have three very different options to add Pumpkin to my beer:

1) Bake the pumpkin and ferment with it.
2) Make a porter base and add the pumpkin into the boil. This should be ground up with all of your spices and then added to your boil at 60 minutes.
3) Make your mash with it. Same as above, chop/grind up the pumpkin with spices and add with the grain.

I am going for a “Pumpkin Pie” type of flavor so spices are being added, I just need help with what is the best approach.
