I was originally going to ferment this with London ale III, but I have Lutra on-hand and appreciate the speed of it as we're quickly approaching the wonderful orange leaf season. Think this would make a nice, clean Autumn Seasonal/Pumpkin beer?

Recipe
72% Maris Otter
15% Munich Malt (10L)
8% Crystal Medium (about 55L)
4% Flaked Barley
2% Brown Malt 65L

** 3# Brown Sugar roasted Squash (1/2 in mash, 1/2 in boil

OG 1.062
IBU 25 via EKG at 60 minutes, 1 oz Fuggles at flameout
Lutra Kveik @ 70F

**Tincture of Vodka and pumpkin pie spice from Trader Joe's, added post-fermentation to taste**

What do y'all think about this with Lutra instead of using London III or American Ale 1056?

Lutra has worked well for me - beers brewed have generally been quite clean, but slightly on the thin side. I personally prefer S04 in my pumpkin ale. If it's quick turnaround you're looking for, I've heard that Nottingham ferments fast.
