I'm curious as to why you didn't ask this question before you bought it. Since you already bought it, is any answer relevant?

FWIW I bought a cheapie knockoff from Amazon for my first mill; it lasted about 2 years before the shaft sheared off. Now I've got a nicer more expensive one.

I got one from eBay about 2 years ago. I hate it. It does just a good enough job to not replace it. The shaft came bent, which isn't that big a deal, except it really shakes when I hook up the drill. The knurls are way too fine - I have to mill 3 or even 4 passes sometimes on progressively tighter settings just so it grabs the malt. Cleaning with a wire brush helps... some. But, I generally brew low gravity and or small batches, so my frustrations rarely go beyond 8-10 lbs of grain.

All that is to say, HAVE FUN!

The description makes me glad I spent $90 on my Cereal Killer.

A link would help, but sometimes those little cheapies can pay off. Kinda like Harbor Freight. You get a tool there if your life or your job does not depend on it. Sometimes they accidentally make a quality one. If your new mill does the job today, that's great. When it wears out you can get a higher quality one and all your learning has been done one one that you won't regret losing.

Found most reviews positive. Just curious who had experience with item.
