Hi there. I'm new to this and I've done a bad move while adding my yeast:

I activated the nutrient taping on the wyeast bag.
I shook the bag for 15 seconds.
I sanitizes then package.

Then...

I added the mix to my 25liters. I didn't let time to incubate!!! My bad. Right now it's been 14 hours.

Everything is close on sunday so should I:
Wait and see.
Put my 25liters in the fridge and buy new yeast tomorrow?
Throw it away

Tnaks for your time!!

Give it more time it should take off with in 24 to 48 hours.

relax... give it some more time and it will be fine. You most likely underpitched so it may take a little longer to start.

If you are going to use liquid yeast, you really need to learn how to make a starter.

It is okay if you don't let it sit and inflate. That is mostly just an easy viability test. The real issue is that you have a serious under pitch. Depening on the viability of the yeast and your starting gravity you could get some off flavors from not pitching enough yeast. Check out brewers friend.com and run your numbers through the yeast calculator to see if you need to add more yeast. The easiest way is through more packets but you could also invest in the equipment to make a starter. Dry yeast is also an option for a handful of yeast varieties.
