I have read in several different places here that you can leave your brew in the primary for certain lengths of time but I brewed a honey brown ale on the 6th and I have to leave on Saturday the 13 to go out of state. I will be gone for a couple weeks. Should I rack it into a secondary before I leave or will it be fine sitting in the primary for 2 more weeks unattended?
