I don't have the room to spare to keep a permanent stand up, so I made one that I can take apart using a folding ladder. The mash tun shelf is just 2x4s and plywood that lock over the rungs.
The liquor tank uses a 220V 2500W water heater element, with a foil wrapped hubcap to keep the heat in. I tap into the water heater drain to give the liquor a head start, but it heats up quick. The liquor tank shelf is plywood with a pole for weight capacity.
Under the British license plate is my 4x4 winch I use to hoist the boil tank and fermenter. You can see the yellow straps coming down from the ceiling.
I use a high pressure banjo burner.
