I'll try to make this short. I built a Keezer and purchased an Inkbird controller. Everything was humming along for a couple months until I came home to frozen kegs one day. I had the thermostat probe taped to the inside wall. I assumed the frost line was getting to the probe and throwing of the reading, thus, frozen kegs. I put the probe in a pill bottle filled with Vodka and everything was humming along for a month till I came home today and the Keezer was at 1 degree Fahrenheit!!!!!!! Frozen kegs again. Thermostat probe was in the bottle of Vodka.

I know the Inkbird is wired correctly and the settings on the unit are correct. Has anyone had experience with this? Do you think my Inkbird is faulty? Solutions?? I'm stumped and this is costing me a ton in lost beer and CO2. .

My Keezer is a new 10CF Igloo. I travel 1-2 weeks at a time.
