Plant??

ok totally not beer related but I'm trying to figure out what plant I have in my office. We have had it since I started there in 1990.
My cleaner was watering it every night and I thought died but I have some new shots popping up. Anyone know what type of plant this is?

Looks like a corn plant.

i just looked its not that, i thought it might be a peace plant but the stalks dont look the same.
it does have a white flower that blooms once a year i think, its been awhile since i seen it flower.
