Newly planted hop is dying

Hi

I started 3 new plants around mid-may. The Mt. hood is growing very well. the Centennial had a much slower start but is doing fine. The Northern Brewer had a slow start and is now dying. All 3 have the same southward orientation, the same earth mix and the same watering.

Can anyone guess the problem from these pictures ? Does anybody have any tip ?

Not an expert but too much water or lack of nitrogen can cause yellow leaves. How much rain have you had? Also be on the lookout for diseases and pests.

We did have a lot of rain. Maybe this one was not as well drained as the others. The link is also very nice ! Thanks !
