Exploration & Discovery No. 3 releasing Thursday.

Exploration & Discovery No. 3 is is our take on the Biere de Garde, a farmhouse-style ale with roots in Northern France. It was aged in red wine barrels for over six months with our house culture, then further conditioned in the bottle. It's dry and lightly funky, with a balanced acidity and flavors of oak, sour apple, and cherry.

I think they'll last more than one day since it's not a style people freak out over and the weather sucks. Presuming they last until Thursday and no one gets you one tomorrow, I can do it then.

Appreciate the offer. Was hoping to send out Thursday and don't think I can get down there until Sunday. I agree they'll probably last a while. In glass, not hazy, etc.
