I don't think there's much to worry about especially in markets like Pittsburgh. For every dope that will only buy the overpriced local flavor of the week there's thousands who are perfectly happy to buy well made shelfies at a fraction of the cost.

I'm currently drinking a two hearted bottled two weeks ago and it's really on point. I hope we never see the day that beers like this and snpa get phased out.

I was sipping on fresh 2H last night as well. It's a beautiful thing they created there.

HH was low for me as well. Tasted sweet relative to the others in that group. I don't recall my exact order for that group but I think it was something like this.

Mettle
Godzilla Glue
Pliny
Spy Dolphin
Head Hunter

I know Cutting Tiles, Pliny, and HH were 1, 4, and 6 respectively. That sticks out in my mind. But I don't recall exactly where the other 3 fell though.

I can't remember my exact order, but there really wasn't a beer I disliked other than the Roundabout offering. In the past tastings, there were always a few beers I couldn't finish. Whether that was due to palate fatigue or jumping from different styles of beer in quick succession, I don't know, but this evening offered a lot of beers that I thought were good and above. The Roundabout beer though just wasn't good. At all. Probably the first beer from them I didn't like.

They are both good. I enjoyed my visit to Ocelot a lot. This is tempting to come down for, but the timing is bad for me.
