Nice, that Mahrs collab was great. You're saying more equivalent in quality than style - like, this year's is more of an amber, malt-drive Marzen, yes?

I dig it. It's not as sweet as the first year. I liked last year's a lot, but opinions on that one were a bit more polarized. I think this is the best year.

I gotta throw another plug to sabatinis in Exeter. Definitely worth going out of your way if you're anywhere near the Poconos. Lots of lambic, tomes, like 10 different central waters ba beers, and a big selection of hair of the dog. And tilquin and tired hands on draft.

As good as that unfiltered Urquell is, Koutska 12 is definitely my pick for best Pilsner on Earth. I’m so excited/stunned it’s showing up here.
