So I have two identical line of 10' 3/16" vinyl beverage line.

strange thing i've noticed, when i use it with a pin lock QD attached, it takes like 4 seconds to pour, but the ball lock one takes, like close to 20 seconds? at 10psi now.

am i nuts or is that a thing? like i don't know is the dip tube in pin lock kegs bigger or something?

If I told you there are simple post conversion kits to go BL -> PL or PL -> BL would that shed light on where the problem is not?

Cheers!

Have you tried more than one ball lock QD - do they all take that long?

just the two i have for bev. one is a flare with a 5/16" barb, so i can swap it between them, and the other is a 1/4" barb QD just ball lock...i moved my pin lock to my other pin lock keg and pours more resonable. the other keg has old poppets maybe i'll replace them? their still the originals from '96, when i got it!
