Hi all
I have just bought some philly sour pitch! Now on the packet it says to put into unhopped wort! Does this mean I have to dry hop? Will I need to them pitch a yeast in after I’m just unsure, I just ordered this without looking into as I really like sour beer. If anybody has used or has any information that would be great. Thanks in advance

Sour pitch and Philly sour are very different. Which do you have?

Here's the best practices sheet from lallemand:

Looks like it is made for kettle sours, although you could probably co-pitch or pitch regular yeast after souring without the second boil.
Thanks for finding this I couldn’t find anything like that even when I got in touch with the company that did it to me they didn’t send anything like that. Seems a bit different to what I’m used to not sure about sour brewing!
