Wow. Flyboy & flightguy, the pugs are f'in adorable! And FSR402 your boys are regal as can be. They're IG's, yes?

Yes they are IG's. Poor Grigio broke his tail some time this past weekend. :( Our breader is coming over to check him out and wrap it up. He may need to go to the Vet but we are going to wait and see what the breader says. Poor little guy... It's not slowing him down any, he just wont sit.

This is the best dog ever. I "stole" here from the animal shelter i used to work at. My SWMBO brought her in to our break room, I fell in love, took here home to "foster" her and never brought her back.
This is here doing what she does best, supervising

These 3 keep me busy with the brush & comb. They are well mannered, house trained, don't shed, & just love to be in your lap. These are true lap dogs, but 3 gets a little crowded :)

Are Ewoks regonized by the AKC? J/k...:D

So, while rough-housing with this guy yesterday on the ground, he inadvertently hooked the inside of my nose with one of his claws. I now have a tear in the area around the skin between the two nostral on the bottom of the nose. It is amazing how much something like that bleeds.

It was an accident, but the poor guy followed me around at my knee with his head down for the rest of the night. I felt bad for him.

Just picked up Boss Bailey from Project POOCH. The guy who worked with Boss actually taught him the basics: sit, stay, down, etc. Most greyhounds will never learn Sit. He is currently learning that he cannot bite the gerbils through the glass.

The one thing I don't like about college is that my dog isn't here, but I'm going home tomorrow, so it's OK.

He's even poofier now. I had a more recent pic on this computer, I'd probably win for most froo-froo dog.

Well, here is Bob with our new friend, Toby, fresh from the shelter:

That's the happy look of a dog who's found a new home. Congrats and good luck!

Well, the time has come to say goodbye to our faithful friend, tomorrow at Noon. She has an appointment with the vet, and she won't be coming home :( Well, she will eventually in an urn....

She has loved us and been loved for close to 18 years, and is just finally used up. She lost one of her hind legs nearly 5 years ago to a blood clot, her hearing over 3 years ago, her ability to control her bowels and bladder about 4 months ago, and finally this morning, she started wandering around like she didn't know where she was, or where she was going.

I guess the bright side is now we can replace the carpets that she has ruined, the screens she seemed to think didn't need to be on the doors and windows, and I can replant the spots in the yard that she destroyed by urinating on and digging up.

She will be missed VERY much, as we have no children, and she has been like a child to us.

I'm sorry to hear that, although she will be better off. This is the hardest part of owning pets. Screens can be repaired, holes can be filled, grass can be replanted, but no truly loved pet can be replaced.

Yeah, I would gladly take another 5 years of holes and rips if she could stay with us and be happy and healthy :(

I don't think we will be looking for another one soon. If we did, it would seem like a "Replacement" and as you stated, that just can't be done....
